Which Service should I choose?

Here is a simple guide to our 4 different services. We have one of the the widest selections of delivery options available in the UK.

This means that however quickly you need your badges making we should be able to help!
You only pay for the service speed you need, which saves you money.

25MM SERVICES

25mm Budget Service
Summary: For when you are not in a rush to receive your 25mm badges.

Great when you aren't in a rush to get your 25mm button badges! You give us plenty of time to make and dispatch your order so we give you a great price. Your badges are usually made and dispatched within 10 clear working days (Monday-Friday not including Bank Holidays).

This service also includes delivery after dispatch. Orders under 200 badges are dispatched via Royal Mail 2nd Class post with proof of postage. Orders over 200 badges are sent by Royal Mail 2nd Class 'Recorded Signed For' post or secure courier (depending on the size of your order) and will require a signature. Your badges will usually arrive by the 3rd working day after dispatch. Royal Mail do not guarantee the exact delivery date.

Please note: This option is not suitable if you have a deadline to meet and we can not upgrade your order to a faster service after you have paid. View our badge prices.

25mm Standard Service
Summary: When you don't have a deadline but want your 25mm badges faster.

Our most popular choice with 25mm button badge customers! Brilliant when you want your badges to arrive fairly soon but don't have a deadline. Your badges will usually be made and dispatched within 5 clear working days (Monday-Friday not including Bank Holidays).

This service also includes delivery after dispatch. Orders under 200 badges are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class post with proof of postage which usually arrives the next working day after dispatch. Orders over 200 badges up to and including 500 badges are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class 'Recorded Signed For' post which usually arrives the next working day after dispatch. Orders over 500 badges are sent by Royal Mail or secure courier which usually arrives 1-2 working days after dispatch (and requires a signature on delivery). Royal Mail do not guarantee the exact delivery date. If you have an important deadline you should use either our Quick or Express Service below.

25mm Quick Service
Summary: When you need your 25mm badges quite quickly to meet a deadline.

Great when you need your 25mm button badges quicker than our Standard Service to meet a deadline, but you don't need them as quickly as our Express Service (below). With our Quick Service simply email your designs for us to approve and let us know your deadline (the more time you can give us the better).

Please always wait (even if this is a repeat order) for us to confirm that we can meet your deadline and that your designs will work before paying for this service. Please put 'Quick Service' in the title of your email.

This service also includes delivery after dispatch. Using our 25mm Quick Service your badges will be dispatched via Royal Mail Special Delivery (unless we agree otherwise). Delivery to 99% of the UK is by 1pm the next working day after the agreed dispatch date. If you are unsure whether this covers your address please click here to check your location (as it is your responsibility).

Please note: Once we dispatch your badges we can not be held responsible for unforseen delays by the Royal Mail. Your parcel will need a signature on arrival so please give us an address where someone will be in. We count working days as Monday-Friday not including Bank Holidays. View our badge prices.

25mm Express Service (limited availability)
Summary: When you've left it until the last minute.
Your 25mm badges delivered from 2 clear working days.

In a rush? Have a deadline? Not left enough time to use our other services? With our Express Service if we confirm your order and then receive payment before 4pm your 25mm button badges will be made and dispatched in lightning speed:

• Finalise order by 4pm Monday - receive your badges by 1pm Wednesday.
• Finalise order by 4pm Tuesday - receive your badges by 1pm Thursday.
• Finalise order by 4pm Wednesday - receive your badges by 1pm Friday.
• Finalise order by 4pm Thursday - receive your badges by 1pm Monday.
• Finalise order by 4pm Friday - receive your badges by 1pm Tuesday.

You must email your enquiry/designs for us to check and approve before you pay for your order to qualify for these delivery times.

The earlier in the day you contact us the more chance we'll be able to get your order finalised in time for you to pay before the 4pm cut off.

Orders using our Express Service which are finalised after 4pm will be treated as being placed the next working day. Please keep in mind that we still need to make your badges, so we can not dispatch them the same day.

Please put 'Express Service' in the title of your email and we will reply promptly. We count working days as Monday-Friday not including Bank Holidays.

This service also includes delivery after dispatch. Using our Express Service your badges will be dispatched via Royal Mail Special Delivery (unless we tell you otherwise). Delivery to 99% of the UK is by 1pm on the day stated above. If you are unsure whether this covers your address please click here to check your location (as it is your responsibility).

38MM SERVICES

38mm Budget Service

Orders up to and including 50 badges are dispatched via Royal Mail 2nd Class post (with proof of postage). Orders over 50 badges up to 200 badges are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class 'Recorded Signed For' post. Orders over 200 badges are dispatched via Royal Mail or secure courier. Your badges usually arrive 3 working days after dispatch. Royal Mail do not guarantee the exact delivery date. If you need your badges more quickly or have a deadline please use one of our faster 38mm services below.
