Make sure you pay for the correct Service to meet your deadline.
It is your responsibility to check you have left enough time for your order to arrive.
We can not upgrade your service once you pay for your order so please ask in your email if you are unsure. We will be happy to help!
After emailing your design(s) and we've checked it you can pay with confidence using your debit/credit card or PayPal account. We;ll email you a secure payment link. We never see your bank details as we use the secure PayPal servers to process our payments.

Other Payment Methods
Our prefered method of payment is via credit/debit card or PayPal account as the payments are usually treated as 'instant'. This means that once we've checked your designs, received your instant payment and confirmed your order by email we can begin making your order straight away.
If however you need to pay by bank transfer please email for details. You can also pay via a cheque (however due to extra processing time payment by cheque attracts a £5 surcharge).
Due to the bespoke nature of the badges we always wait for payments via bank transfer or cheque to clear before we treat an order as confirmed.
If you are a school/college university or Council (only) we can usually provide a 20 day credit period on receipt of an official Purchase Order. Please contact us for details and to confirm we can accept your order.
